From our ancestors we receive the amazing gift of life, and some of our best qualities, and we also receive the imprints of trauma and pain our ancestors carried. Mike and Frances know this first hand through their close connection with their ancestors in the holocaust of World War 2.
In our family systems, when other lives were cut short, or people or trauma was excluded from awareness, or the position and place in the family was not in its right order, there is more to be explored, investigated, experienced, acknowledged and healed now. This work can support us to heal physical or emotional symptoms, such as chronic fatigue, depression or anxiety. It can also simply support us to thrive more in our life.
The retreat will include Song, Family Constellations, Internal Family Systems, altar work, energy medicine, dance of life, and inquiry for healing ourselves and our world of ancestral burdens.
Come with us, as we set off on this journey using supportive tools and techniques, inner wisdom together with allowing for the organic process of the group to guide us. This journey will be one of self and group inquiry, constellation work, internal family systems, group singing and the sharing of our joy, wounds, love, burdens and compassion for all that arises. We will come together without expectations or goals in mind, but rather to turn towards what is there within us and connect to the support and healing that can be received as well as given back. We will set intentions that are open and true to our soul work, right here and right now.

WHO ARE WE?

Frances Goodall
Frances is a coach, trainer, speaker, mother and the author of ‘You Can Heal Chronic Illness: The Lotus Process, 8 Steps to Health and Happiness’. Over five years, she went from house-bound with chronic fatigue to running half marathons and she’s since spent a decade dedicating her life to supporting 100s of women to recover their health.
Frances is an Advanced EFT Practitioner, a Gupta Amygdala Retraining Coach, and a health recovery coach specialising in supporting women to heal from chronic illness and reclaim energy, vitality and pleasure. Mike Robeson
Mike has worked over the years with Gene Gendlin’s Focusing process as well as 8+ years working with the Enneagram and brings his experiences to community singing groups to weave beautiful harmonies together with a focused, kind intention to connect with the grace and beauty in our lives and potential for healing our heart and soul.
