This session also provides a glimpse into the practices we’ll explore more deeply during the retreat, so whether you’re curious to experience this work or considering joining the retreat, the workshop offers a meaningful way to connect.

No prior experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore!

This workshop is free for those who have already reserved their spot for the retreat (no ticket required) and is deductible for anyone booking the retreat after the 25th October 2025. For anyone wanting to take it as a taster session without joining the retreat, the cost is £40.
